The Bay

Cowaramup Bay (“Cowara”-purple crowned lorrikeet, “Up”- place of), is such “wirungaa-nah-” or “ngwirri- djinnungaa-up” beautiful Place.

A new rendition of an old environmental saying,
“When a bandicoot coughs, a polar bear sneezes”

The Bay’s boundaries do not stop. Every part in Nature – Ecology, is connected to every other part. So, the Bay finishes somewhere South of Antarctica and somewhere North of the Arctic. When we love the Bay, or more clearly, when our actions care for anywhere on this Earth we are caring for the Bay, and when we care for the Bay, we care for the Earth.
